Supported operating systems for Remote Management - TeamViewer Support

<p>The function modules set out herein below are available to the Customer with a paid License for TeamViewer and, depending on the License type, either included in the scope of the License or to be activated subject to an Add-On License.</p><p>The function module(s) must operate with a full version of TeamViewer, for which the <a href="https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/24141-supported-operating-systems-for-teamviewer" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Supported operating systems for TeamViewer </a>shall apply. For the use of such, Customer shall ensure that it meets both the System Requirements for TeamViewer and the following requirements set out for the respective function module(s).</p><p><br></p><h3></h3><h2 data-id="monitoring-asset-management">Monitoring & Asset Management</h2><p>To use Monitoring & Asset Management, the device you want to monitor must run one of the following operating systems:</p><ul><li>Windows 11 / 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7*</li><li>Windows Server 2022 / 2019 / 2016 / 2012 R2 / 2012 / 2008 R2 / 2008 / </li><li>The antivirus software check is not available for server operating systems.</li><li>TeamViewer 14.5.1691 full version or Host (or later) must also be installed.</li><li>Linux Debian, the majority of distributions(deb) supported, works from TeamViewer 14.1.9025, released in January 2019.</li><li>Linux ARM, Rasbian, and other ARM distributions based on Debian</li><li>MacOS 10.12 (Sierra), 10.13 (HighSierra), 10.14 (Mojave), 10.15 (Catalina) 11.2-5 (Big Sur), 12 (Monterey), 13 (Ventura)<ul><li>Mac devices with ARM processors (Apple M1) are supported</li><li>TeamViewer 14.5 or later must be installed.</li></ul></li></ul><p><em>*Windows 7: By default, only TLS1.0 is enabled on Windows 7. </em><strong><em>Due to security concerns, connections to TeamViewer servers are only possible with at least TLS1.2</em></strong><em>.</em></p><ul><li><em>To enable TLS1.2 support on Windows 7, follow the instructions in the following link: </em><a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-defau[…]in-winhttp-in-windows-c4bd73d2-31d7-761e-0178-11268bb10392" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc"><em>Windows KB</em></a></li><li><em>Please note that this requires modifying the registry. Generally, upgrading to a version of Windows that supports TLS1.2 by default would be preferable.</em></li></ul><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h2 data-id="endpoint-protection-endpoint-detection-and-response-malwarebytes-integrated">Endpoint Protection & Endpoint Detection and Response - Malwarebytes Integrated</h2><p>On <strong>Windows </strong>and <strong>macOS </strong>the <strong>TeamViewer 15.19</strong> full version or Host (or later) must be installed and the device you want to protect must run one of the following operating systems:</p><ul><li><strong>Windows</strong> 11 / 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7*</li><li><strong>Windows Server</strong> 2022 / 2019 / 2016 / 2012 R2 / 2012 / 2008 R2</li></ul><p><strong>📌Note:</strong> Windows devices with ARM processors are not currently supported.
