The TeamViewer integration for Freshworks suite of products enables service queue features and lets you connect to and help your customers right from a ticket. The TeamViewer integration for Freshservice will allow you to:
- Provide remote assistance to your customer
- Initiate a TeamViewer session directly from the ticket page with the click of a button
Freshservice is a cloud based ticketing system designed for team collaboration and agent productivity.
Enable the Integration
1) Go to the Freskservice marketplace to install the TeamViewer application Admin --> Helpdesk Productivity --> Apps:
2) During installation you will need to authenticate your account accepting the request for permissions:
3) You will have the TeamViewer application listed under Admin --> Apps once installed
4) Under the ticket menu you will notice the TeamViewer application in the right sidebard ready to generate a session:
5) Once a session is generated it is automatically inserted into the ticket
