<h3></h3><h2 data-id="general">General</h2><div class="blockquote"><div class="blockquote-content"><p class="blockquote-line"><em>This article applies to TeamViewer users with a Business-, Premium- or Corporate </em><a href="https://www.teamviewer.com/en/pricing/" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc"><em>license</em></a><em>.</em></p></div></div><p>To establish a licensed connection with <a href="https://www.teamviewer.com/de/download/mobile-apps/" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">TeamViewer apps for mobile devices</a>, a licensed TeamViewer account is required.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h2 data-id="remote-control-app">Remote Control app</h2><p>You need to <a href="https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-activate-your-license/ta-p/4326" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">activate a TeamViewer license</a> for your TeamViewer account in order to make licensed connections from your mobile device.</p><p>Read this article to see how to activate your license on your TeamViewer account: <a href="https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-activate-your-license/ta-p/4326" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">How to activate your license</a>.</p><p>After activating your license on your account, you can now log in to the TeamViewer remote control app with that account.</p><h3 data-id="how-to-log-in-to-your-teamviewer-account-on-the-mobile-device">How to log in to your TeamViewer account on the mobile device</h3><p><strong>1. </strong>Open the TeamViewer Remote Control app on your mobile device.</p><p><strong>2.</strong> Select the <strong>Computer</strong> tab.</p><p><strong>3. </strong>Enter your account information in the text field and click the <strong>Sign in</strong> button.</p><p><strong>4. </strong>You are logged in to the TeamViewer Remote Control app with your account.</p><p>You can now use the TeamViewer Remote Control app in a commercial environment.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-2"></h3><h2 data-id="quicksupport-and-host-app">QuickSupport and Host app</h2><p>For commercial connections to the TeamViewer QuickSupport or Host App, you need to have an <a href="https://www.teamviewer.com/en/licensing/updatelogin.aspx?pid=client.checkforlicenseupdate" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Add-on license for mobile device support</a>.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-3"></h3><h2 data-id="characteristics-of-the-teamviewer-business-license">Characteristics of the TeamViewer Business license</h2><h3 data-id="for-the-remote-control-and-meeting-app">For the remote control and meeting app</h3><h4 data-id="teamviewer-13">TeamViewer 13</h4><p>Please follow the description as stated above.</p><p>Activating your Business license on your account and signing in to your account on the mobile device will activate the license on the mobile device.</p><p><strong>📌Note</strong>: Please keep in mind that the Business license acitvation is limited to 3 devices.</p><h4 data-id="teamviewer-11-and-12">TeamViewer 11 and 12</h4><p>In order to use the business license on your mobile device, you need to link a TeamViewer ID to your license in the TeamViewer Management Console. The device with this related TeamViewer ID can then be used for commercial purposes.</p><p>To do so, link your business license to your TeamViewer account (as described <a href="https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Activate-Business-license-legacy/ta-p/17233" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">here</a>).</p><p>You have linked your business license to your TeamViewer account and a device.</p><p><strong>📌Note</strong>: You can find the TeamViewer ID of a mobile device in the settings of the TeamViewer app.</p><h3 data-id="quicksupport-and-host-app-1">QuickSupport and Host app</h3><p>For commercial connections to the TeamViewer QuickSupport or Host App, you need to have an <a href="https://www.teamviewer.com/en/licensing/updatelogin.aspx?pid=client.checkforlicenseupdate" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Add-on license for mobile device support</a>.</p>
