This article applies to all TeamViewer free users and customers with a Business, Premium, Corporate or Tensor plan.
The TeamViewer Management Console is a web-based management platform for intuitively managing your TeamViewer contacts and logging TeamViewer connections.
In addition, the TeamViewer Management Console provides extensive functions for managing several TeamViewer accounts and managing them through an administrative account (company profile).
The TeamViewer Management Console can be reached via the Internet using a web browser – as a result, it can be called up independently of the operating system. A local database or Microsoft SQL server is not necessary.
There are several ways to reach the TeamViewer Management Console:
- In the full version of TeamViewer, the Connection menu provides three links to access specific locations of the Management Console: User Management, Design & Deploy, and Service Queue
💡Hint: The links found in the Connections menu of the TeamViewer application will automatically log you into the Management Console, as long as you are logged in to the TeamViewer application's Computers & Contacts.
Once you reach the Management Console, you will be able to log in to your TeamViewer account using your account credentials. If you do not have set up an account yet, please do so now under Sign Up.
