There are two different cases depending on your current licensing state:</p><ol><li>In case you are a <strong>new customer</strong>, you will receive the activation link in a separate email called <em>Activate Your TeamViewer Customer Portal</em></li><li>If<strong> you are an existing customer</strong>, you can <a href="https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/72027-submit-a-ticket" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">contact our support team</a> and they can send the Customer Portal Activation Link via email to the main contact. <p><br></p><h3 data-id="-7"> </h3><h2 data-id="invoices">Invoices </h2><p>In this section, you will find your TeamViewer invoices and credit note list ready to be downloaded for your records as well as other useful information for each item like</p><ul><li>Invoice/Credit note Number</li><li>Type</li><li>Date of creation</li><li>Billing Address </li><li>(Payment) Status</li><li>(Invoice) Total</li></ul><p>You can also pay your open invoices directly or upload a proof of payment for your convenience.</p><p>The upload of the proof of payment is a new and convenient way to communicate with us in case your license has been set inactive in case of a payment default. </p><div class="embedExternal embedImage display-large float-none">
