</div><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h2 data-id="what-happens-if-your-device-is-not-compatible-with-arcore">What happens if your device is not compatible with ARCore?</h2><ul><li>If your device is not supported, you can still use TeamViewer Assist AR on your Android device, but with limited functionality in a <strong>compatibility mode</strong>. This means you can only use non-permanent 2D annotations instead of annotations with AR.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>You still have the full set of features</p><p>💡<strong>Hint</strong>: Once your device gets an update and is able to use ARCore, you automatically get the full AR experience with 3D annotations.</p>
