I called the phone, but it's not answering. I posted the message via form of unblocking for uncommercial use, and marked checkbox on the form "Quote to email". But didn't get any answer nor quote to email. Did you get my filled form? Could you please check?

The website menu is totally misleading now.. when you click "submit a ticket", it redirecting you to the page where no contact to support, and only some general answers not related to the problem.. The phone of the support is not answering also. Awful support system :(
