Carol, thank you for your reply. I am unable to disable the country blocking feature however I can whitelist domains (which I did for teamviewer) and that policy takes precedence over geolocation. At this point, I am not blocking teamviewer emails regardless of country. The problem is now that TeamView is no longer sending…
