Hi @Kunak As far as I know, in iOS is restricted by Apple the ability to remote control any device. You can only watch the screen when the person in the other side interacts with it. I hope this helps Thanks

Hi @mozo Can you please try to completely uninstall the Plasma app, restart the machine and install directly the latest version ? After a quick search I saw that there are similar issues with icon disappearing with plasma app, and that's why I'm proposing this. I hope this to help you. Thank you.

Hi @Steeb707 It looks like a verification error message. I would suggest you run from the Command line (run it with Admin rights) the SFC /scannow command and after the finish to restart the computer and see if is changed. Else try to completely uninstall the app, restart and reinstall a fresh download. I hope this helps…
