I only use the free version of TeamViewer to help my 95-year old mother. Just lately my sessions have been terminated after only a couple of minutes. What do I need to do to get back to the unlimited way it was. I do NOT use TeamViewer for any commercial purposes whatsoever.

I use the free version of TeamViewer to help my Mom, in-laws, and siblings with their tech problems. Recently I started getting timed out from my session after only a few minutes with a notice that I need to upgrade my license. This has never happened before and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?
