Try getting a new version of windows. I know ir says windows xp is supported but it dosent mean that it is stable. Its worth the investment.

Hi @Salma Go into extras on the top bar of the start window then click on options. In the options window click on the tab labled security and then you should see a drop down menu next to a label named 'Password Stength.' On the dropdown menu click on 'Disabled (No Random Password)' That should work. Tell me if not, James

Hi @JN1480 Try using unattended access as you have to create a set password in the setup so just use the same password. OR, you could just sign in as you an save contacts which saves the password also. Hope I helped, James

Hi Salma, Someone correct me if im wrong but due to security you cannot make a set password unless using unatended access BUT, you can set it so there is no password and then change it back to standard password when the 'computer guy' has finished what he needs to do. Sorry if that was no help, James
