still occasionally this error on connection attempt "initialising display parametrs" and connection is not made. Manually interrupt and then try another time, overrides issue temporalily. I use 14.2.8352 preview build (windows)....

Same problems here also. I use 14.2.119 (windows, preview build). The screen freeze usually last in my case, from 10...100sec. I try to make ping test next time I see this...

Is there anyone that has TV14 license - made a ticket of this issue ? Any info of progress ? I have free version of TV14 and cannot get any official support. This issue is still there, last time I saw it with TV 14.0.13880.

I tested chat window on free windows licence (TV 13.2.5287), both local and remote PC's at same versions. I did not see anymore the strange text shadows...

I installed TV 13.2.5287 to win10 PC (free license). Still same status, no update information visible on changelogs at TV website :-(

Yes, same problem here with new Teamviewer (free version). I use v13.1.3629. Something really wrong there... I do not know a solution. If I need to chat I open the good old windows notepad :-P EDIT: when enter pressed, seems that "shadow text" is not sent to other end of connection...

I saw this also - to me it was the first of time autentication cancelled with TV13. I took a copy of teamviewer13 logfiles, from both local and remote PC's. I had release "13.1.3629" on both local and remote PC (free license). I do not know why remote logs state I am using "13.1.1548" -> TV13 Help & about menu -> shows…

I have also left feedback about this, using team viewer functionality (free license). I've done this at least 3 times during the time TV13 had existed. I hope also, that someone gets the changelogs updated as soon as new release appears...

I use free license version of Teamviewer (13.0.6447). I have seen same error there occasionally.
