A licensed TeamViewer account is required to establish a licensed connection with TeamViewer apps for mobile devices.

This article applies to TeamViewer (Classic) users with a Business-, Premium- or Corporate license.

Remote Control app

You need to activate a TeamViewer license for your TeamViewer account to make licensed connections from your mobile device.

After activating your license on your account, you can now log in to the TeamViewer remote control app with that account.

How to log in to your TeamViewer account on the mobile device

  1. Open the TeamViewer Remote Control app on your mobile device.
  2. Select the Computer tab.
  3. Enter your account information in the text field and click the Sign in button.
  4. You can now use the TeamViewer Remote Control app in a commercial environment.

QuickSupport and Host app

You need an Add-on license for mobile device support for commercial connections to the TeamViewer QuickSupport or Host App.

Activating your Business license on your account and signing in to your account on the mobile device will activate the license on the mobile device.

📌Note: Please keep in mind that the Business license activation is limited to 3 devices.

TeamViewer 11 and 12

To use the business license on your mobile device, you need to link a TeamViewer ID your license in the TeamViewer (Classic) Management Console. The device with this related TeamViewer ID can be used commercially.

To do so, link your business license to your TeamViewer account (as described here).

You have linked your business license to your TeamViewer account and a device.

📌Note: You can find the TeamViewer ID of a mobile device in the settings of the TeamViewer app.

For QuickSupport and Host app

You need an Add-on license for mobile device support for commercial connections to the TeamViewer QuickSupport or Host App.
