<p><em>Este artículo está dirigido a todos los usuari@s de TeamViewer.</em></p><h2 data-id="general">General</h2><p>Si estás pensando en utilizar TeamViewer para el acceso no presencial, es muy importante la seguridad, ya que podrás acceder continuamente a tus hosts.</p><p>Sigue las instrucciones a continuación para asegurarte de que tu host esté protegido en todo momento del acceso no autorizado.</p><h2 data-id="desactivar-las-contrasenas-aleatorias">Desactivar las contraseñas aleatorias</h2><p>El primer paso y el más importante para hacer el acceso remoto seguro es desactivar la contraseña aleatoria en los ajustes de TeamViewer dirigiéndote a <strong>Opciones > Seguridad > Contraseña aleatoria (para el acceso espontáneo)1</strong></p><div class="embedExternal embedImage display-large float-none">

<p><br></p><h2 data-id="desactivar-(todas)-las-contrasenas-personales">Desactivar (todas) las contraseñas personales</h2><p>Este paso es opcional y se trata solo de una recomendación si el host está asignado a una cuenta de TeamViewer (ver 1 de la captura de pantalla inferior)</p><p>Si desactivas tu contraseña personal, asegúrate de eliminar también las contraseñas adicionales. Puedes desactivar la contraseña personal «principal» (punto 2 captura de pantalla superior) y todas las contraseñas adicionales (en 3 captura de pantalla superior) en <strong>Opciones > Seguridad > Contraseña personal (para acceso no presencial)</strong>.</p><div class="embedExternal embedImage display-large float-none">

<p><br></p><h2 data-id="concede-acceso-facil-a-tu-cuenta">Concede acceso fácil a tu cuenta</h2><p>Este paso, en combinación con los anteriores, otorga la máxima seguridad al acceso no presencial.</p><p>En primer lugar, debes asignar el ordenador a tu cuenta de TeamViewer. Para ello, dirígete a <strong>Opciones > General > Asignación de cuenta</strong> (ver 1 imagen inferior). Introduce las credenciales de tu cuenta en el diálogo emergente (ver 2 en imagen inferior).</p><div class="embedExternal embedImage display-large float-none">

<p><br></p><p>Ahora puedes acceder a este host sin contraseña a través de tu cuenta. Si has seguido los pasos descritos, ahora es imposible acceder a este host utilizando la ID de TeamViewer y contraseña. El acceso únicamente es posible a través de la cuenta a la que está asignado. Además, los dispositivos con acceso fácil pueden compartirse con otros usuarios sin necesidad de introducir credenciales para establecer una conexión remota. You told us you’d appreciate an easy way to share contacts and groups in TeamViewer.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to version 11, only a group’s creator could share it with other users. As you can imagine, that was a serious bottleneck on more than one occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Luckily, the Group Re-Sharing feature provided an answer to that problem.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Group Re-Sharing, any new employee can receive all contacts that are relevant to their work in a jiffy. They’ll be able to support customers, colleagues or any specific group you share with them right off the bat.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"toc-hId--1902366814\" data-id=\"how-to-use-group-re-sharing\">How to Use Group Re-Sharing<\/h3>\n<p>You can make groups available to individual contacts in just a few steps.<\/p>\n<p>To re-share it, you need to have the permission level “full control” for that group.
