How to reset your TeamViewer account password

To reset your TeamViewer account password, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open TeamViewer (Classic).
2. Click on Forgot password.
3. You will be redirected to the password reset page in your browser. Enter the e-mail associated with your TeamViewer account and click Change password
4. Access your inbox, open the e-mail called Your TeamViewer password reset link, and click on Approve Request.
5. You will be redirected to set up your new password. Enter your new password in the dedicated fields and click OK.

Via the Management Console

You can also reset your TeamViewer account password via the Management Console.

1. Go to https://login.teamviewer.com/
2. Click on Forgot password?
3. Enter your e-mail and click Change Password
4. Access your inbox, open the e-mail called Your TeamViewer password reset link, and click on Approve Request.
5. You will be redirected to set up your new password. Enter your new password in the dedicated fields and click OK.
