Video calls

In our conference room I would like to be able to add computers to the list but to limit them to video calls or meeting.  The computers and contacts screen, a computer only shows up there if you have made a remote connection to them at one point, then it saves them in the list.  I would like to be able to add computers to this list without going thru the step of making a remote connection.

@Bryan_APL You can limit the connection to a mere meeting if you go to Extras - Options - Advanced Options - Access Control Settings and disable Remote Control.

You can add contacts manually in the Computers & Contact list. Is that what you wanted to know?
