Android to Android screen sharing for any screen

I've implemented the Android Sdk in my app. It works perfectly. I can view my app screen in browser using TeamViewer 12. But, it doesn't shows me the screen of my home screen or any other screen. How do I achieve that? 

And I also want to recieve the session in another android app. How can I do that?
