Appendix (prompt) problem

I'm new to TeamViewer API and I want to use TeamViewer Appendix but when I follow the structure of it I got a message from TeamViewer like that "the contact or device you are trying to connect to is not in your computers & contacts list" I don't know what wrong with that. Even I already add that contact still it show this message. So if anyone know or have the solution, please help me with that.

    Right now I can solve this problem by Delete the letter c in front of contact_id and it will work fine.Screen Shot 2020-07-02 at 8.32.56 AM.png
