I have this issue solved, although I'm quite confused as to why...

I opened up our firewall so all the computers can speak freely with webapi.teamviewer.com.  It makes sense, except how were the other 23 computers in that lab able to activate?  Perhaps through port 5938? 

Anyway, it worked. But now I have a new issue posted here:
