URL for computer connection

Apologies if already covered - I have searched.

I was wondering if there was a way using this script - https://start.teamviewer.com/device/**Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**/authorization/password/mode/control

it takes me to enter the Partner ID - however is there a way of getting it to change the partner ID to the PC hostname instead, thus taking me straight to the username/password screen of the PC I wish to connect to as shown in uploaded picture?
