停止对于部分Windows 操作系统的技术支持服务

非常抱歉地通知您我们于2019年4月停止对于Windows XP， Windows Vista，Windows Server 2003和Windows Server 2008操作系统的TeamViewer技术支持服务。

由于微软（Microsoft）已在2012年停止了Windows Vista的官方支持，并于2014年停止了Windows XP的支持，TeamViewer也将于7年及5年后停止相应的技术支持服务。

这意味着今后将不会为以上操作系统提供相应的更新及漏洞修复。

如果您正在使用Windows XP, Windows Vista，Windows Server 2003或Windows Server 2008操作系统怎么办？

您可以继续在这些操作系统上使用最终支持的 TeamViewer 版本- v14.2。但请留意，TeamViewer的传出连接只能连接到运行相同或更低版本TeamViewer的远程设备。 这意味着您将无法从Windows XP / Vista / 2003/2008连接到运行TeamViewer 15的远程计算机。 但是，从具有更高版本TeamViewer的远程计算机到XP / Vista / 2003/2008的传入连接将不受影响。

我们建议您使用最新版本的操作系统及TeamViewer软件。请及时更新您的Windows及TeamViewer至最新版本。
