I want to cancel my subscription!
They tell me that I had to do it 28 days before the deadline but I can't find written anywhere where the expiry date is.
If I cancel my account before the expiry date, do I lose the remaining 28 days of leaving?
No warning, no information, only the credit card message that warns me that the charge has been made. I don't like this method.

We are working on a customer portal in the Management Console which will allow you as a customer to manage your subscriptions. We are planning to release it in the next months.
