When I create a Blizz meeting, it's possible to generate create a link that I can distribute for participants to sign up ?
There is no sign-up, but you can share a link to the meeting and optionally add a password for the meeting itself (use Scheduler from the client)

If you use Outlook, the Blizz Add-in helps here additionally to schedule and invite quickly. You can install it via the client options under integrations.
