Business License problem.
I'm really angry about Blizz. We have bought a Crew licence and I already tested it succesfully. Yesterday shortly before I wanted to start a webinar with customers the licence was not visible anymore and the free dial-in number therefore was not available to the participants. How could it be that the licence was already associated with the company but now it disappeared from the user management console at all?
We will give Blizz a last try and then return it back if these problems persist.

If you have not done this already, could you please go here: https://blizz.com/en/submit-a-ticket/ and submit a ticket selecting as "Reason"-> "I have a Support question".
