Error when launching Blizz (participant)

Under windows VISTA (blizz says supported) cannot launch blizz app with message :

rstrtmgr.dll is missing

Any help welcome

    Can you please share the exact version of your OS? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit version?

    thank you for your message.

    Unfortunately the information provided on our website is not up to date and is not correct.

    If you take a look at https://blizz.com/en/ (an not in other languages) you will see that Blizz is supported only starting from Windows 7, so Windows Vista is not supported, I am sorry.

    I already asked to our Marketing department to change the wrong information on the non English web version in order to avoid such misunderstanding.
