France + Belgium telephone platform unavailable
Hi,
This morning (~10h15) we had a scheduled meeting with people in France and Belgium.
They tried to join the meeting by phone.
For both, they tried to call the plateform in BE and in FR, but it didn't not work. Why?
They have been unable to join the meeting by phone.

We checked the phone number for France (+33 180 144 510) and the 2 for Belgium (+32 280 846 44 & +32 280 846 44) and all are working fine, you can try once again now.

We are investigating on this, could you please tell us what was the issue exactly? Could they hear the announcement at the beginning of the call or they could not hear any sound?

They could not reach by phone the number in France and in Belgium.
So they could never join the online meeting.
