Ordered BLIZZ "Company" got "Crew" -
Hi there,
I ordered BLIZZ "Company" got "Crew". I am quite certain that I clicked on "Company" and followed the process. After registrating my license, I noticed, that there was written "CREW" under my Account so I checked my billing and I got only charged for "Crew" too. So that is fine, but still I do need the "Company" version. How do I upgrade without paying the full amount again? I did contact them via their webpage right after noticing the mistake but no answer yet, which made me come here for help. I need to hold a meeting today with way more participants than "Crew" can do.

You need to order Company. We will then cancel/refund the Crew one.

Great, unfortunatly I orderd with a different email adress than I used for my registration. Is that a problem? Which email adress do you need me to use to track my order? Thanks again so much for your help!

No, subscription account and user license are independent. I have sent you an email (address from your crew order)
