Presenter starting telephone audio

In my recent tests of Blizz, it isn't clear what the Presenter needs to do to initiate the telephone audio conference.  When I simply dial the number dislayed in the Blizz host screen, it never connected - one message said all circuits busy and another call got a busy signal (obviously, not encouraging during a product test). 

Even if it had conneected, I don't know whether I would have some control over mute (etc) or would be just another voice on the audio call.  Please advise.  Thanks.

thank you for your message.

I am sorry to hear that you had issues with our Dial-in numbers, could you please tell us which numbers did you call in order that we can check with our provider?

Regarding the mute option you can find it in the list of the participant duirng the meeting in the Blizz panel (usually on the right side of the screen), you can mute participants one by one or mute all.
