Regular Blizz Meetings without host

Hello

In our office nearly everybody is working from home. Therefore we would like to organize a "virtual coffee break", where everybody can join, talk and drop out whenever they want.

How can we organize a automatic/daily, "open" meeting that  doesnt require a host?
