I noticed that remote control for Zebra devices is supposed to be included in the QuickSupport application. However, I have tried to remote control a TC25, TC77 and TC55 for testing purpores as these are common devices that we support. On the TC25 and TC77 I am able to see the device screen, but there is no ability to remotely control the device.
Is this feature still being developed or are there additional settings that must be applied to the TeamViewer QuickSupport application for this to work?
