Happy holidays and see you all in 2019

The year is almost over, and this is the typical time for people and companies to look back at the year and summarize its successes and achievements.

The TeamViewer Community team and I are not an exception here, and we took the time thinking back to what we have done and achieved together as a community.

A short view on 2018

Looking back at 2018 puts a broad smile on our faces as we for example

• just recently hit the milestone of 100.000 community members 
• created together more than 10.000 community replies and helped an uncountable number of TeamViewer users with best practices, tips, and solutions
• gave together more than 8.000 Kudos to posts and comments we liked
• and - last but not least - launched a Japanese and a Chinese version of our Community to all our users and customers in Japan and China

   

These above points are of course just a very general and short view on 2018 and do not really reflect the last year with its up and downs, and I could surely go on and on with naming special moments we had within our Community. But - what is this post really about? You probably guessed it already! We want to thank you.

We sincerely appreciate your contributions and commitment to the TeamViewer Community. With your membership, your questions, answers, and solutions, you are the foundation of and for this Community. Without you, we could not have this helpful tool for all the visitors in 2018. THANK YOU so much for the exciting and productive year 2018.

Also, to all those who are loyal readers of our Forum post, Knowledge Base articles or our Community Blog: Thank you for your trust and your commitment to what we are working on each day.

All your feedback and engagement within our community shows us that we are on the right path in providing this community as a support and information platform for all our users and all our customers.

And now? What´s in for 2019?

Whatever went well in this year, we would like to become even better in 2019! If I dare a look into 2019 we are excited to share some of our plans with you and hoping that you like it as much as we do:

In the very beginning of 2019, we are going to launch three new communities to support even more languages. We start with a German Community and continue with a French Community and a Spanish Community just shortly after it.

We are looking forward to supporting all our German, French and Spanish speaking customer and users worldwide even better and hired already dedicated staff to assist you in the best possible way. You´ll get to know them soon :-)

These new Communities will have a Forum for all your questions and discussions as well as highly competitive Knowledge Bases incl. all the articles you already know from the English Original. And of course – we are extending these Knowledge Bases ongoingly just like the English Knowledge Bases.

While this is most definitely the huge news, we are of course planning to further improve the community experience for you in all our communities: We want to continue

• with our tradition of the Expert Day,
• implement a few new functions like a Twitter integration and
• make sure that the Community stays up to date and provides you with all the relevant, interesting and exciting information about TeamViewer.
