Was this article helpful? - problem to click Yes/No

I just read this article:

https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Get-started-For-personal-usage/ta-p/33153#toc-hId...

and I wanted to click YES but I'm not able to do this on my Win10Pro64Bit+GoogleChrome.

Can somebody confirm the same issue ?

Hi @mLipok

Yes. Same problem. It seems that the operation generates only a GET to Facebook.com that ends with a HTTP 403 (forbidden). -> Lithium

Hi  @mLipok,

using a common tool to sniff internet traffic. Maybe I can not write the name here for reasons of correctness.
If you want, you can use Google Translate to translate the Italian term "VIOLINISTA" into English (second option... less obvious).

Re: Was this article helpful? - problem to click Yes/No

Hi mlipok, hi DomLan,

Thanks for the info.

It seems like the button-clicking is not super responsive, but it seems to work on our side.

After clicking YES and scrolling up close to the top of the page, do you see a dark-grey banner saying successful? Could you try it on a second article where you did not click YES before (Disclaimer: I am not trying to increase the helpfulness-rating artificially, I am just asking for testing purposes)?

Looking forward to your feedback.

Thanks,

Esther

Re: Was this article helpful? - problem to click Yes/No

"do you see a dark-grey banner saying successful?"

>> Now

I just check here
https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Dashboard-in-connections-to-mobile-devices/ta-p/3...

Current status is:

0% helpful (0/1)

Trying to click YES

The MousePointer Icon is change from Arrow to Hand

Clicking YES
50% helpful (1/2)

Summary:
So I think first link was already clicked by me a very long time ago ?

I think in such cases Forum Engine (Lithium) should "PopUp" an information "You allready clicked YES"

Re: Was this article helpful? - problem to click Yes/No

Hi mlipok,

I am happy to hear its working for you!

The right number counts the total votes and the left number the helpful/YES votes:

One user was rating the helpfulness with NO --> 0 helpful vote but one vote in total= 0/1 = 0% helpful

Now you upvoted it and it says 1/2 = 50% helpful (-> 1 helpful vote out of two votes in total)

Due to the high number of votes is this article pretty good for the maths: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/What-is-Trusted-Devices-for-your-TeamViewer-accou...

Thanks,

Esther
