1 to 1 remote desktop connections for non IT staff

Hi all

Myself and the rest of the IT team have TV setup to access all our company PC's unattended but we need to give certain users 1-1 access from their PC's at home to their desktop PC's in the office. 

We could use the same credentials as IT but then they would see and be able to access every PC. Is there a way of creating a new login on our corporate account and just limiting it to a single PC?
