A subset of our users are experiencing latency ???? Come on - put up a real announcement

From what I can see in the community, a significant portion of the world-wide paid community cannot use the product to do the principle thing we pay for. Provide Remote Connectivity.

Not a subset, not latency....big chunk of the community, incapable of doing our jobs....and in our case at least, losing money - because we can't service customer issues....
