How to find out which one is for my Alcatel One Touch Pixi 4 4034X?

Since I have installed https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...support.market
on my parents phone but when I try to log on their device the remote support function is not working.It just displays trying to install the add-on on remote android device but it fails every time?Do you have any ideas?

Other functions are working fine but I'm not able to view their device screen (like I'm in front of their alcatel device) just because of some add on that I'm not aware how it's named.I thought it might be Add-On: Alcatel but which one of the above?

P.S. The OS on the alcatel Pixi 4 4034X is stock Android 6.0 (Marshmallow)
