I have been trying forever and a day to grant myself easy access on my work computer and it won't let me. It worked on my personal laptop, but when I go to do the same for my work computer it says that I don't have administrative rights and I do. So what can be done so I can have a set password instead of it changing every time.

the configure button is greyed out so I can't click it. Its saying that I don't have administrative rights but I do. How can I get around that?
Could you tell us which configure button is greyed out? Maybe with a screenshot?
