After resetting my account to free I'm stucked again

Hi,

20 days ago I started receiving messages indicating that my account was being used for commercial purposes, and that was not true. After complainig TV reset my account to free as MArch the 11th.

Now I receive the message, again, and the session disconnect at 30 secs.

Please, I use TV for giving esporadic support to families **bleep** connect to my own home computers, never for commercial use.

This is the 3rd time this happens to me in 9 months.

Can you revert, again, my account, please?

    If you could send me your email address per private message, I could check the status of the ticket or if we recieved the form. If you have more than one device, please make sure you sent us one form for each TV ID.
