Authentication rejected on remote computer after windows 10 upgrade to build 1703

I've been using a licensed version ofTeamViewer 11 for a long time now and never had a problem with it. I always use it to connect from my home computer to my work computer and from my work computer to my home. Last week I installed the windows update on both computers to upgrade them to windows 10 build 1703 (from build 1607). It seems after the upgrade, I am unable to connect either way. I get the message "Authentication rejected". 

I can connect to other computers fine.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?
