Being able to view admin password prompts when remoting in to a users machine.

My company has roughly 70 users that are telecommuters and they do not have local admin rights on the devices that they use. We are wanting to be able to remote in to these devices add/remote software, preform updates, etc and when the admin password is prompted, we need to be able to see the prompt and enter in this password. We have been testing the free verison and the only way this is possible is if the user has local admin rights. For the paid version, is this the same situation?
