Black Screen and NVidia

Ok...been a problem for a few weeks now. Black screen upon connection. I have isolated the issue to NVidia. I am running Win 10 with TV 13.1.1548. NVidia version is 391.01. I login to a customer screen and it is black. I open NVidia GeForce and choose the option to reinstall driver. Run TV on Customer screen again and it works. Same every time now. Anyone else with this issue? Is it a particular driver that NVidia has an issue with? Painful to have to do this each time and not sure how long it lasts before failing again.
