Can I reverse direction when I'm connected to a client running TeamViewer QuickSupport?
I was doing some support with a client of mine who had downloaded TeamViewer QuickSupport. At one point I wanted to turn the session around to show her something on my screen and we seem to have gotten disconnected. I don't know if trying to reverse direction is what disconnected us or perhaps something else.
If I need to be in a position to be able to switch directions, should I have my client download the full version of TeamViewer?
