Can't control remote mac

Hi! I have macos catalina 10.15.1 and teamviewer 15.0.8397.

I can't control my mac, i connect to it from another mac or iphone, i can see the screen, but i can't control the mouse and keybord.

All system access is allowed(screen recording, accessibility, full disk access), but still it's not working.
