Can't login

Good afternoon, we have a license. The *please do not post an email address* account - when i try to login into the management console - a notification for authorizing the device does not arrive in the email. The is no problem with other accounts, only with *please do not post an email address* - please help.

    I received this letter and replied to it. I tried to re-enter the program and the console under *please do not post an email address*, but the letter with device authorization never comes. On the mail server I also check - there is nothing.
