Can't reach upper keyboard bar on note 10

running teamviewer on samsung note 10 - I can't get any more to the special keys top menu. 

It is being shown for 1second, than covered by the OS top bar - which make it imossible to use ESC, CTRL, SHIFT keys. 

Any way to resolve this ? you should put this bar as top-most.
