Cannot change login password
Teamviewer stated denying login though I did not change my password.
When I try the "Forgot Password" function, I did not get an email to reset my password. Have chacked my spam folders. Can you please check what happened to my account with username [email removed by moderator]

This is weird. I had to create a login for this forum and I created one with the same ID [email removed by moderator]
It appears this created a new account with this ID ([email removed by moderator]) in Teamviewer app also. All my previous contacts are gone.
This means somehow my original account [email removed by moderator] had got deleted. Is there any way that can be restored?

My above account got deleted again. I had to create this new login topost here.
What's going on? Please respond.

OK I was able to reset password but my contacts are still missing. Can you please look.
