Cannot get any automated emails from Teamviewer to activate or pay for licence.

Have been trying for days to get a Trusted Device E-Mail, nothing in spam, teamviewer.com is whitelisted. Licence information has not arrived either.

Finally dug an older laptop out which seems to be trusted and got as far as setting up 2FA and changing my e-mail address. I received emails on my home email address and an alternate company address but the corporate address I need to use on this account is getting no email from Teamviewer, no Device Authorisation, no Email Address Validation. I did get my order confirmation for my Business licence order but no follow-up with invoice or activation key.

I called sales who asked me to email them with the details but got no reply after two emails to them.

I have wasted many valuable hours trying to sort this out. Truely a horrible end-user experience.

Hoping someone from the company is reading these messages because any attempt to get support directly seems futile.
