Cannot see image of surveillance cameras

Remote PC: Windows 10 Pro (1709), TeamViewer 13.0.6447, monitor driver installed.
Remote PC runs Bosch Operator Client 7.5 which displays live footage from surveillance cameras.

Problem: cannot see a live footage from cameras - black/blank image from any of them.
Already tried to view a live footage from single camera or archived footage without success.
I can see a video from a camera only if it's exported to AVI/MOV and then played in Windows Media Player.

Bosch recommends TeamViewer for remote administering of their products so I assume TeamViewer is able to do so.

    I have another customer running Windows 10 and TeamViewer 7 and I can see image of cameras.
