Cant login on both my office PC and home laptop

is anyone having trouble login on to teamviewer, both my office PC and home laptop will not let me login, keeps telling me to check my connection?

    My TeamViewer Free Version was working fine, however; I was locked out due to suspecion of being use for commercial uses.

    I contacted TeamViewer and they sent an e-Mail that it was reset for free.

    I cannot login

    Your help will be apprediated

    In order to understand your situation more, could you please tell us the exact error message when you were logging into TeamViewer account?

    I get the red dot, not ready check your conection at the bottom of the teamviewer screen and i think this is then not allowing me to enter my password? I can log in to teamviewer via the website and also still working via my phone
