Charged twice for 1 license not received...

Hello, 

I have been trying since this morning 08:00  to get some help. I tried to purchase 1 lisence for business yesterday and as soon as I entered all my card info, as soon  as I pressed place order i got an error something to do with timed out. i tried again and same error . my credit card was charged twice ( 591.60$)  and I did not even received 1 lisence. I called my bank and I was charged.

I need 1 lisence not 2 so i need a refund and receive the lisence that I paid for.

since nobody on the line smeems to know or are reachable I try here. I have to wait 14 days before I can make a complaint. hopefully someone can fix this?
