How to get up-to-date information about the current usage of my channels?
As we use channel groups we want to identify, which channel hasn't currently no license available. The "monthly" email (Teamviewer service hint) from teamviewer about how many connections can't be established within the past weeks doesn't help (isn't enough).
Is there no way of terminating sessions from the managment console? as much as you can see what channels are in use, the infromation is often incorrect or behind as it will dispay only 2 channels being used and yet you can't create any new connections. I asked a tech from teamviewer over the phone if this could be a custom job and pay for it and he said no :/
